Dear Amazon

Dear Amazon,

I think you’re pretty cool. I love that during this time of year, I can easily point people to my Amazon Wish List when they ask “What do you want for Christmas?” Thanks for that. I love that you surmised that maybe I’d like to beat people to the punch and showed them what I wanted before I even had to ask. RSS feeds of Wish Lists? Awesome, really. Then when I thought it couldn’t get better, you created a Wish List widget that I could just stick in a web page. In Flash format, no less, so that I could put it on my MySpace page too. I almost wanted to marry you then, Amazon. I say almost because you’re a tease. You go and wave your shiny widget in front of me, enticing me, then you laugh as I try to use it. I tried to talk to you about it. I wanted to make things work. You, however, tried to tell me that pretty little thing you were waving around wasn’t yours.[1] So now, Amazon, I’m writing you this letter. I doubt it will get through to you but it’s my last chance. I want us to get through this Amazon, I really do. I don’t want to start seeing others for my Wishlist sharing needs.

Talk to me,
Erica

As the Holiday season is upon us, it would be nice if this was
working so I could embed my wishlist into my websites.
> I attempted to report this to Amazon customer service via
telephone, however, I don’t believe the Customer service associate
understood what I was saying and kept referring to site upgrades
effecting the Advanced Search feature. Is there an expected time
that

resume functioning normally?
